Student End of Course Evaluation
What did you enjoy most about this course?
What I enjoyed most about this class is the personal approach and one on one touch Professor Ziedan presents to his students. I can only speak for myself, but Dr. Z’s ability to reach out and challenge in a very professional approach is second to none of any instructor I’ve had since being apart of [the university].
I really enjoyed the weekly quizzes in this class. It definitely kept me closer and more in touch with the weekly assignments. I felt I’ve learned a lot about certain subjects that I normally would not have had a clue about. By no means do I feel I am a subject matter expert, but I do have a better understanding about human biology.
Applicability of course content. You may want to think of this in terms of the course learning goals.
I felt the course learning goals were obtainable and provided a lot of information. The Capella Library was an excellent source to use and gave me insight on specific topics that I normally didn’t have knowledge about.
Relationship of course content to course activities.
The course activities in relationship of course content was very close. The course discussions provided greater insight about the course and subject matter issues. As I stated earlier, the quiz process was extremely beneficial in my learning’s.
Accuracy of time estimates and workload.
The weekly workload was achievable and gave me plenty of time to research and properly prepare for weekly quizzes.
Other concerns or compliments.
There was one week were I missed one quiz due to we had more than one quiz that week.
I thoroughly enjoyed this class and I would recommend this class to anyone interested in learning about human biology. It had a positive impact on my life in how I measure my daily nutrient intake and daily exercise.
